TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

The MULTIDRIVE drive is a galvanically separated digital converter with microprocessor used for IGBT modules.
The control parameters are set by a front keyboard or by a serial line. The multidrive is available in two models with the following power supply, that can be performed directly from the network:

  • three-phase 180-240V, 50/60 HZ for the model DB-200n
  • three-phase 350-460V, 50/60 HZ for the model DB-400n
  • reading of the motor resolver speed and position
  • analog reference (+- 10V) from the terminal board
  • digital reference adjustable by keyboard or serial line
  • resolver automatic check and timing
  • built-in braking circuit, optional resistance to be connected externally
  • internal cooling fan, where required
  • timed protections shown on the display or by the serial line: motor overheating, tension min. or max., power alarm when IGBT is locked

  • display of instantaneous speed in rpm
  • programmming parameters shown on the display or by the serial line
  • functioning status and mode shown on the display
  • double track encoder output with zero pulse programmable between 64/128/256/512/1024 pulses/revolution
  • parameter storage on eeprom
