DIGITAL POTENZIOMETER WITH MEMORY
- “PTC 0/10V”
"PTC 0/10V" is an electronic microprocessor
device which is able to create a continuos voltage variable
from 0 to +10V using the two push buttons "INCREASE"
and "DECREASE".
Output variations speed can be adjusted by the operator
using two digital preselectors placed on the control panel.
Command circuit is isolated from output circuit to allow
a remote control without possibility of inducing moises
on output signal.
The circuit is equipped with two relais which will give
a contact in closing when it is input for external reference
(max 10V). To use this input the inside jumper will have
to be moved.
On the front panel, more than the digital preselectors
there are:
- two led which indicate the situation of the “zero”
and “max”.
- two led which indicate if output voltage increases
or decreases (UP o DW).
- one led which indicates ON line state

DEMOLTIPLICATING POTENTIOMETERS
General descriptions:
LCF and RVF demoltiplicating
potentiometer series are, basically, absolute and analogic
trasducers of position. They are easy to use and higly
accurate. They are realized in a stout, versatile and
compact structure and, therefore a not require particular
assembling adjustmens; a double bearing supports the output
shaft. They are particularly suitable to be used on machines
and industrial systems of any kind.
The degree of protection is IP 44.
TECHNICAL DATA
LCF Series: they are directo or demoltiplicating
potentiometers, with total reduction rate from 1 to 200,
straight strokeless cogwheels, full scale clutch, high
precision potentiometer trasducer.
RVF Series: like the LCF series but without
a reduction ratio from 12 to 500.

NUMERIC CONTROLS
MP996 is a simple but powerful numeric
control which is able to drive up to 14 axis. Being conceived
with modular type, it is very versatile, since it is possibile
to set the system both by axis numbers and by inputs/outputs
numbers.
MP996 can carry out linear, circular
and special interpolations (electric axis, flying cut
controllers, and so on).The system programming is based
on the customer specifications according to the technical
characteristics of the machine that has to be controlled.
For this reason it is very effective, being the program
optimized for special type of production.
Its main characteristic is the easyness and versatility
of use more that a big operation power.
MP996 has been designed to reduce at
minimum the service times, both as software updating and
as hardware reparation.All is programmable by alfanumeric
keyboard RS232 with backlightened display 16x2 by led
for an optimum vision also from high angolations. Keyboard
of mechanic type with 20 push buttons and mechanic key
that allows an efficient protection of the parameters
that are saved on host.

PXT VGA is an excellent operator terminal
that can use serial doors RS232 RS485 or CAN BUS.
This allows to connect to a big quantity of commercial
peripherals, both PLC and other types of equipment, as
well as all controls. Using PXTVGA as a classic PLC terminal,
programmed with Windows VTB, it is possible to manage
the graphic and the communication with several external
PLC addresses.
PXVGA is provided with the most common
PLC protocols (MODBUS, GEFANUC, OMRON and so on) and is
able to manage all pheriperal resources. One of the peculiarity
of PXTVGA, together with VTB language, is the possibility
to create real PROGRAMMING CYCLES, increasing the capacity
of the system.
In pratice PXTVGA is not a simple PASSIVE
TERMINAL, but, thank to powerful VTB language, it can
create real programming cycles, eliminating in this way
working loads to the PLC.
Thanks to its internal memory of 1 Mb, it is possibile
the management of hundreds of pages with 128 addresses
PLC for each page, more than hundreds of internal variables.
It is possible to use the external memory SMART MEDIA
type of 8 Mb for saving the user data, with a consequent
availability of inexhaustible resources for filing the
data. |
